At BEST BUY TRADING & SERVICES SDN. BHD., we are dedicated to providing quality umbrellas, luggage, bags, and water bottles that meet your satisfaction. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and cancellation policy to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.


Return & Refund Policy (Within 30 Days)

We accept returns and refund requests within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

  • Return requests must be submitted via email to best_buytrading@outlook.com within the 30-day period.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original method of payment.


Cancellation Policy (Within 12 Hours)

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately via email at best_buytrading@outlook.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it, and you will need to initiate a return instead.


Exceptions

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by us.

  • We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.
